Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Free plan gives you 5 forensic scans per month at no cost, no credit card required. Simply register at ozishield.com/business-portal/ to get started.
Are my documents stored?
No. OziShield is privacy-first. OCR text extraction happens in the browser — only extracted text is sent to the forensic engine. No document, image, or PDF is ever uploaded or stored on our servers.
How quickly is my account activated?
Free accounts are activated instantly. Starter and Professional accounts are activated within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Enterprise accounts are set up after an initial consultation.
Can I use this as evidence in legal proceedings?
OziShield produces SHA-256 + HMAC-SHA256 dual-signed certificates with verifiable report IDs. These are suitable for AFCA complaints, police reports, and supporting documentation in legal matters. They are intended as first-pass forensic screening, not formal expert evidence.
What document types are supported?
Payslips, bank statements, employment letters, identity documents (licence, passport), rental/tenancy agreements, government letters (ATO, Centrelink, Medicare), and tax invoices. Auto-detection is available.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel any time from your account dashboard. Yearly plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days but you retain access for the full paid period.
